I had a little bit of spaghetti squash night before last with no problem...I had it with left over turkey, a table spoon of mashed potatoes, a little gravy (made from a powdered mix) and a slice of toasted french bread. Didn't bother me at all...

Then last night I had some left over spaghetti squash with turkey and sauteed mushrooms tossed in and had horrible gas pains in the middle of the night and have had a rough morning today....

If I haven't eaten many veggies lately and then all of a sudden re-introduce them to my diet...can it cause problems at first and once my system gets used to veggies will it be ok? or should this be happening at all?
