I was rolling on the floor reading this....I have experienced all sorts of gas filled moments.
My friends have, for years, called me Gasman. My gas is known far and wide. Really. And its been far and wide too.
Seriously though, even though I've been on Heather's diet for several weeks now, my gas is been reduced somewhat, but I notice that if I don't get enough sleep (say under 4 hours), that my gas attacks are much much worse. But once I can get enough sleep (either through a nap or a full 6 hours of sleep) then my gas isn't a bad.
