Casey, about Peanut Butter       01/30/05 05:40 PM Edit Reply Quote Augie Reged: 10/27/04 Posts: 5807 Loc: Illinois How much Peanut Butter is safe for a PBJ sandwich? I know this is a pretty high fat food (16 grams in 1 Tablespoon) so how much do you use. I would love to be able to eat PB & J again!!! What kind of jam do you use?
