OK...you were getting a little buried there, and I just wanted to pull you out so you can get the attention you deserve.

OK, to answer your original question then, I think it could be IBS. What's your diet like? Are you following "Eating for IBS"? Check out the FAQ's on the main forum page (click on "All Boards" at the top left) and read, read, read!! Start taking the fiber supplement, because that helps a lot! Drinking ginger, peppermint, and fennel teas also help.

Once you try all that, if you get to the point where you feel like you can't leave because you may have to go to the bathroom or need to control symptoms, definitely check out the hypno tapes/cd's. They are excellent! I just finished them up a few weeks ago, and I feel great! Between Eating for IBS & Audio 100, I actually got a life back.

Oh, and just so you know, yes - stress can definitely bring on symptoms.
