I know I don't drink enough water, but when I do I feel really bloated and end of urinating alot. At least my kidneys are clean. I pretty much don't know what to eat anymore. I have thought that alot of fiber just makes it worse but that could be attributed to not drinking enough water. I am planning to see this alternative dr. in ny who specializes in this problem. I just purchased his book. You might want to read it. "Total Renewal, 7 key steps to resilience , vitality and long term health." By, Frank Lipman.Overall it is about reversing unhealthy habits and poor functioning that we have developed.
