Ok I'm loosing my mind I feel. First I'm so nauses and constipated and bloated. I'm skinny but look pregnent and feel crampy. I think too many raw veggies and fruit I don't do well with right now. I seem ok with like wheat breads, oatmeal, certain proteins. Now I'm going to go buy some cold cereal. I heard they help with c and may be ok with the nausea. What kinds should I get? I know Heather recommends like corn chex I don't see how that helps with constipation with zero fiber.Thats what I don't get so many of her recomendations have no fiber except fruits and veggies which I think leave me bloated and pressure. Also do any of you track the amount of fiber in grams you get?Oh yeah and I'm trying to stick away from supplements because they don't help me at all. I'm trying to see if it helps with the nausea because I'm already on a lot of meds which I'm sure contributes but is a must right now. Thanks for any ideas.
