going to the grocery store!!!       01/29/05 07:58 AM Edit Reply Quote Betharoo Reged: 01/28/05 Posts: 815 Loc: Ontario, Canada Well today will be my first trip to the grocery store after reading most of your posts on these boards. It has been very helpful and I hope to order the books soon so that I can truly understand the IBS diet. I don't really have that much to eliminate because I have spent so much time trying to figure out my "trigger" foods that there aren't too many left. Just need to cut out the red meat and dairy. I knew about the dairy because my dr has suggested I try a lactose free diet but I loooooove my milk and cheese.
