Hey, I have read all the SFS stuff, and I can't quite find the answer to my question...I am randomly C this week , and I was thinking that I should increase my dose of acacia (I only take 3/4 tsp per day right now). Is it a good idea to increase it when I am C or should I wait until I am running smoothly again (hopefully soon!!)? Any input on this would be appreciated
