My point is you can't say organic doesn't work if you cheated on the diet. If you cheated, then whether you ate organic or conventional food, the results would be the same. You would have an IBS attack.
In other words, the results of your organic test would have been skewed and you wouldn't really know whether organic helped or not.
But, if you don't eat organic...and your stable... then organic has nothing to do with it!
