I'm on a very limited, very fixed income, and organic products are just not possible for me. The best I can do is grow my own during the summer months, which I will be doing starting this year, and I'm excited about that. But buy organic, at twice the price or more? No way.
And it's a darn shame, because although I *do* believe that eating organic is not necessary for IBS relief, I do feel it's healthier in general, for everyone. It's a shame that we have to pay through the nose for things that are good for us, but crap like ramen noodles and mac & cheese is practically free. Grr.
