How many of you who responded to my posting followed Heather's diet and did not cheat while eating organic?
I can assure you organic works. But you have to follow the diet and not cheat otherwise it's hardly a fair test, is it?
I DON'T eat organic.... NEVER HAVE.... I still cheat from time to time.....and I'm still stable! Organic has NOTHING to do with it.
