For me, it's more about how much I eat rather than what I eat, but it's also about what I eat first, organic or not. I've done the organic route and noticed no difference either. I do make sure though that I get all my fruits and veggies from the health food store where they are certified to be free of pesticides, ect. I do this for my whole family. The fruits/veggies that I get at the health food stores are actually cheaper than getting them at a regular grocery store though....
