IBS - D and need help       01/26/05 01:01 PM Edit Reply Quote NikkiZ52 Reged: 05/16/04 Posts: 34 I am an IBS-D, and have been for over a year and a half now. I finally found Heather's sight, and started on SFS. I was starting to form within 12 hours, but then I was up all night running to the bathroom (literally every 2 hours). This has been going on the past few days since I started the SFS. I am fine throughout the day, and then am up all night. Could it be the SFS? Could my colon not be used to formed bowels since I have had D for a year and a half? I am starting Heather's diet today, so I am hoping that helps. Any suggestions would be much appreciated.
