Hmmmm... maybe ginger also helps because it is known to increase appetite? maybe getting more hungry and needing something in your belly overran the anxiety? just speculating... I love ginger! It seems to help things move through me in a gentle way, relieves my trapped gas I sometimes get, and best of all, it is so darn tasty!
