I PERSONALLY do fine with white chicken or shrimp fajitas, eat with flour tortillas you can even add a little shredded lettuce and salsa to it... stay away from the "chips" and salsa as those babies are fried. Instead of refried beans and Mexican rice ask for black beans and white rice or "dirty rice" = already mixed together. Take some Beano before you eat... But above all else.... Don't over eat!! Good luck…let us know how you do.
