Re: Your grocery shopping list       01/24/05 05:27 PM Edit Reply Quote retrograde Reged: 04/15/04 Posts: 1569 Yeah, mine looks a lot the same too... fresh french bread from the bakery rice crackers or rice cakes melba toast and bread sticks plain bagels english muffins applesauce oatmeal potatoes and sweet potatoes, turnips sometimes too carrots zucchini chicken breasts salmon, cod egg whites soymilk (if you're trying rice milk, Rice Dream is my *favourite*... I use soymilk because I like it just as well but it has lots more protein and calcium in it) soy cheese (really good if you don't expect it to taste exactly like cheese! lol) hummus salsa pasta white rice (I buy Uncle Ben's 5 minute stuff, it comes precooked all you do is soak it in boiling water... WAY too easy! ) rice krispies boxed rice krispie squares if my sweet tooth gets the better of me peppermint tea hmmm that's all I can think of for now... Hope that helps a bit!
