Thank you so much for your post!! I think we are all losing sight of the big picture, especially me! Its not so much about what foods produce gas and what don't, its about becoming stable and being able to digest all foods (within the guidelines). So we lower our stress levels, we drink lots of water, we excercise, we eat sensibly, we stabilise (HOPEFULLY!!) and we are able to tolerate a wide range of foods without bloat and gas. That sounds wonderful! Now where's the magic pill to help us all do this... hee hee

Thanx again Little Minnie for opening my eyes back up again.
