Just what you all have shared via the website has already helped me immensely, I am so anxious to get reading so that I can eat more than sourdough bread and oatmeal and still know I am "safe". Man I wish I'd known all this about 15 years ago!!! My only discomfort today is a caffeine headacahe from having to give that up, but the tummy is better than I remember in a good long while. Still not perfect but it is taking time to get back "in whack", it's been SOOO out of whack for so long.
