There are 16 in a box and if you join the club you get 20% off the first 7 days of the month. Last month they gave us 3 free boxes of these other bars which I can't eat but hub is enjoying greatly. I also get enzymes there and they have other stuff. I think they are cheaper at Target .99 but they don't have all the flavors. -------------------- IBS-A for 20 years with terrible bloating and gas. On the diet since April 2004. Remember this from Heather's information pages: "You absolutely must eat insoluble fiber foods, and as much as safely possible, but within the IBS dietary guidelines.
