I'm so happy I'm crying!       01/15/05 04:33 PM Edit Reply Quote pastryinberea Reged: 01/15/05 Posts: 5 I just found this site and I'm so happy I'm actually sitting here crying to my dog! I've been suffering with IBS for 3 years now and I thought I was going crazy. Started doing a little research in my spare time just a few months ago. And tonite I've tripped over this site. I've been reading for over an hour now and I can't believe all of the good information. I started cutting things out of my diet about 9 months ago, but now I see I've substituted things that are even worse! No wonder I feel worse everday! I'm going to order the books right away! Just to let you know how happy I am I've found you - this is the first time in my life that I have ever posted on a message board. I'm usually just a "lurker". But I had to let someone know how relieved and happy I am to know that this is controllable. Thought I was going to have to spend the rest of my life in the bathroom. You have given me hope.
