Today, for lunch I really wanted to get in some insoluble veggies, but I didn't want to have a salad without SFiber in there first, so I had this crazy notion to make up a salad with lots of greens, snap peas, cucumbers, carrots, and tuna. What I did though, was I peeled and boiled a potatoe, then mashed it and added a little salt and soybean butter spray, then I mixed in the salad stuff and ate it, trying to eat as much of the mashed potatoe first as I could. I know it doesn't sound like a good combo, but it really was yummy and a great way for me to have a mixed soluble fiber lunch that was at least 8 grams of fiber! I tell you, eating the SF first really is key! It sure acts like a buffer!
