Hi, Suarez and welcome!!

The portion size would depend on your weight, but 1 baked sweet potato, 3 oz of fish or chicken (pork and beef are no-no's) and a half cup serving of a cooked vegetable would be a normal dinner for me. Salads are a little tough on our tummies so you might want to stay away from those for a month or two then gradually try adding them back the way Heather suggests, in a small serving and AFTER you've had your IBS-safe dinner!

And yes there are times I have just pasta or just rice or just a baked potato for lunch or for dinner if I've had a big lunch. But it's still important to get that protein and those veggies.

Sounds like you're off to a good start and don't hesitate to ask ANY questions. Have you taken a look at the Recipe forum yet??

Again, welcome aboard!
