The first couple of days that I started them, I did have D twice and I NEVER get D. For me it was a welcome change! Now that I have been on them for about a week, along with my magnesium supplements, I am having softer BM's about twice a day. I would say that they "could" cause D, since they are a source of high fiber. A site I was reading on said that some people add it to their horses feed, but they have to be very careful not to add more than a handful because it gives the horses D, so makes sense it could do it to us too... -------------------- Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
