I feel so bad for those others who can't have GARLIC and ONION even cooked soft-I'd shoot myself in the head if my IBS worsened to the point I couldn't have THEM.I practically LIVE on them,sometimes-of course,I make sure they're cooked really soft.Have you ladies considered the attacks with garlic and onion are caused by GAS and nothing more?I know the GAS can be a major problem-but easily dealt with by lots amd lots of strong fennel tea.That's why I make sure I have a big pot made before cooking garic and onion dishes.What does everyone else think?
