TUMS for Calcium? Bad for IBS-C?       01/09/05 05:38 PM Edit Reply Quote Lauriea Reged: 08/18/04 Posts: 35 I just read in a magazine that tums are recommended for calcium. Has anyone taken it and has it had an effect on IBS-c? I wonder too if taking so many a day (the article says to take 6 per day) is actually bad for your stomach. Thanks for your help.
