enzyme in coffee?       01/07/05 11:00 AM Edit Reply Quote ssr Reged: 06/29/04 Posts: 43 Loc: St. Louis, MO Heather mentions an 'enzyme' in coffee that makes it tough on IBS folks. Can you help me...what is the enzyme? Or, is it the acid? I have read many positive reviews of low acid coffee and Toddycaffe...a cold brew coffemaker that removes most of the acid.
