What exactly are the effects of sorbitol?       01/07/05 08:07 AM Edit Reply Quote XXXXX Reged: 11/23/04 Posts: 210 Loc: South East Texas I bought some Arizona green tea that has sorbitol in it. What exactly are the effects of sorbitol? I did a search and read that it is evil but I am curious as to the effects of it. I am a "C". Just an FYI...I ate some "craisins" the other day in a salad...I had a brain fart and wasn't thinking. Oh my goodness my stomach is still poofy...the craisins did make me "go" though!
