Beth, the Actonel is a med to help treat and prevent post menopausal osteoporosis. This is how it works. Bone is a living tissue that is constantly renewing itself by taking away old bone and replacing it with new bone. Actonel helps ensure that cells do not take away bone faster than itis replaced. I do not take Liquid Vitamins, I had ordered some for my mil. Just go to your search engine, type in Liquid Vitamins and you will find a plethora of info and places to order it.
I had ordered her the liquid calcium. You might ask your pharmacist, he might have some in the back, or he can probably order it for you. Let me know how that comes out.
I understand the weather problem, it is cold and rainy here today, so I won't be out doing much. In the heat of the summer, to go out and walk I have to wait until it is almost dark before I can stand to walk, just tooo darn hot for me. I have a couple of exercise videos, Richard Simmons dancing to the oldies is one of my favs, he and the people staring on the video are very motivating to me. I know a lot of people who use these. I need to get mine back out and plug it in, just moving around is better than nothing.
