It costs so much too. I can't take Metamucil since it made me so sick. I was bloated, had gas, gas pains, gas cramps I thought I was going to pass out it was so severe. I wish Citrucel was sold here. So unfair. I drink fennel, ginger, peppermint, oregano, parsley tea. They are so gross but I have no choice. You can also drink dill, anise tea. Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
