Too much oil?       01/05/05 03:40 PM Edit Reply Quote dnctla89 Reged: 12/24/04 Posts: 16 Sorry that this is off of the current subject but I have another question if anyone knows the answer. Ok we are supposed to use as little oil as possible. But in recipes, how do we know how much is too much? And things like avacodos or olives...how much oil or fat do they have and or what would be a recomended serving of them? Sorry to be such a pain with all these little questions! Thanks again.
