The fake hamburgers or the ones with bits of vegetables in them? Three fibercon does not sound like much at all, how much fiber is in each pill? Don't most fiber pills have like 1/2 a gram? I know with my SFS, I have to take 6 pills to equal one dose. So you may want to look into upping the amount, or maybe switching to something more concentrated like the powders.
