food shopping!       01/05/05 02:07 AM Edit Reply Quote little bear Reged: 12/22/04 Posts: 736 Loc: chicago i just read heathers post about the brand-name products that are IBS-safe and was *SO* excited to learn that many of those items are at the shopping store that i currently buy all my "safe" food from! and i even had a few of the items on my shopping list!! if anyone read that post--the IMAGINE* creamy mushroom soup is really good to buy and eat, and so are any of the celestial teas. im trying the mint magic and also the tension tamer is good for calming stress. some things i frequently buy: westsoy/silk soymilk amys organic pea soup whole kids brand applesauce and juiceboxes apple-cinnamon oatmeal [cant think of the name??] kashi brand strawberry fields cereal ..and babyfood--im a HUGE invester in babyfood=D a really good kind is gerbers tender harvest [its organic] have fun shopping now whenever anyone goes! -------------------- VEGAN ASHLEY~IBS/C www.myspace.com/dutchflowers Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
