Citrucel and Benefiber aren't approved for use here and that leaves us with psyllium. How is metamucil for you? My only suggestion is not to use prodiem.. it gave me very sharp and hard stools. My best experience with psyllium is the metamucil biscuits. I have alternating C & D, but for the last couple of months have been pretty stable, I only get attacks now when i do a big no-no.
