Fiber supplements in Canada??       07/08/03 12:32 PM Edit Reply Quote Ashley62 Reged: 06/17/03 Posts: 60 Loc: Eastern Ontario, Canada The only thing I can find in Canada (Ontario) is Metamucil or Psyllium (tiny brown pebbles). I see alot of info on Benefiber or Citrucel - is there a big difference and should I try to find some? FYI - I have IBS-D. Also, I have been trying for 3 weeks to learn to love Peppermint tea, but I don't! I have tried Ginger tea and I like that, are there any others that would be good? (I also HATE Chamomile tea!)
