I didn't eat any. I've actually been concerned that maybe too much fiber (I at a lot of raw fruits and vegetables) caused my IBS. It's so hard to say because it seems that there is no common denoninator as to what causes or contributes to the development of IBS. I think somehow stress plays a big role.
