I am taking 2 tablespoons of the Benefiber...which is the recommended dose, I believe. Had tried Metamucil before, and it did not help at all....made me terribly bloated and uncomfortable. Am thinking to try the Acacia next..... have you tried this? As to the fatigue..... I also wake up very early..... 5-5:30 a.m..... and sometimes before also. I did not have this tiredness before I developed IBS..... about 4 years ago. Prior to this, I was so full of energy ....used to accomplish so much. Now I am simply too tired. Thanks for your input.
