I have been following the diet for 2 1/2 months now, and have had much improvement regarding pain, discomfort and spasms. However, even though I am eating cooked veggies with meals, find that I am still very 'C'. I use Benefiber as a SFS, which very occasionally helps. What else should I be doing.... is it time to add raw veggies slowly?
Also, I find that I am still chronically tired a lot. Is this because I am eating low fat ... and fats give you energy?
