Yarba Mate?       12/29/04 12:31 AM Edit Reply Quote Andrew L Reged: 10/16/04 Posts: 45 Dear Hearts; Having a funny few days-sharp pains but no D-actually good solid bulk.Gotta keep an eye on this,it's wierd.Anyway,got a question-anyone familiar with Yarba Mate,the South American pick-me-up tea that's getting so popular worldwide?I'm looking for coffee substitutes and that's actually supposed to not only give the same lift as coffee,but actually HELPS IBS medicinally.Sounds WAY too good to be true.Anyone who's into that stuff can assist me here?IS it as good as advertised?
