This website has helped me SO MUCH! Without it, I would be miserable. I have figured out this condition, so that most of the time I am healthy, when I have a flare up, I can get back on track, following the diet and knowing what to eat. Between eating the foods on the diet, drinking the tea from Heather, the hypnotherapy tapes from Michael and the constant imput and recipes that you all contribute, in the last 3 years, my life has changed dramatically. All for the better, so A BIG thanks to everyone on this website. Happy Holidays!
