LOUD BOWEL SOUNDS? Part of IBS?       12/23/04 11:22 AM Edit Reply Quote jujubeeof2 Reged: 12/21/04 Posts: 52 Loc: California These bowel sounds have me worried. I have constipation and need to strain to get the bm out. Over the past week I have really bad and LOUD bowel sounds. They are not the same as hunger pains, they are different, hard to describe. They come and go and have me worried. My x-rays showed no obstruction, so what could be making me have such loud bowel sounds?
