I do get headaches (sometimes Migraines) and have found that Excedrine Xtra Strength (1) will help with that if I catch it early on. You have to be careful because the meds can really give you the jitters, so I start with one and work up to two if absolutely necessary. I am also on hormone meds but have dealt with headaches/migraines for years. Besides the medication, periodic adjustments by the chiropractor and massage also help me. One thing I've found that has helped me to have fewer headaches is meditational walking. It's a stress thing for me and the walk really has given me amazing results. Good luck.
