I have had problems with most commercial canned soups - almost all of them have too much fat, whey and/or MSG. Progresso soups are pretty yummy as far as commercial canned soups go, but almost every one that they make has MSG. MSG makes me horribly ill - major D attack. I have learned to make homemade soups for myself. Now I am spoiled - I cannot eat canned soups anymore because I like homemade so much better! It is an added bonus knowing that I control what goes into my food when I make it myself. I hope you can find some that are safe for you and that you like as well!
