I ate too much tonight and need advice.............       12/19/04 11:40 PM Edit Reply Quote Andrew L Reged: 10/16/04 Posts: 45 Dear Hearts; I did it again-I let myself get too hungry by not eating most of the day and had a huge chicken and mushroom sandwich.My gut has been spasming all night-no diaherra,fortunately.Does this mean I have to go on the damn "sick" diet AGAIN for 3 days or should it be fine by tomorrow and I just have to exercise better portion control?I can't BEAR the thought of only corn chex and toast for 3-4 days before Christmas.........
