I have lost about 12 lbs on the diet which surprises me for the amount I still have to lose, but my chubby hubby has lost 25 lbs and he isn't officially on the diet. He can't tolerate fatty food anymore. The other day I made something with maybe 2T of oil for the whole recipe and then I blotted mine and so I was fine with it, but he got all upset about the oil and was sure it would make him sick!

IBS-A for 20 years with terrible bloating and gas. On the diet since April 2004. Remember this from Heather's information pages:
"You absolutely must eat insoluble fiber foods, and as much as safely possible, but within the IBS dietary guidelines. Treat insoluble fiber foods with suitable caution, and you'll be able to enjoy a wide variety of them, in very healthy quantities, without problem." Please eat IF foods!
