I take it in the form of Imodium Advanced, which has 2mg loperimide and 125 mg simethicone in each tablet. I take about 4 to 12 of them every day to control gas and explosive D, on top of the other meds I take: Tylenol-3, Rx loperimide (8mg/ day), sodium cromalin, and gas-x (simethicone 125mg) as needed. ~nelly~ Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
