Heather, have you read any past posts on Oxypowder. I just starting taking it and Badthing has been taking it. The website talks about how it's safe and does not cause bowel addiction, etc. Just wondering if the magnesium it in is bad, etc. or your comments about it. I'm still incorporating plenty of fiber, but I think this is better for me than the Miralax I've been taking, what do you think?
