Re: Crohn's and diet       02/23/03 06:53 PM Edit Reply Quote Kris Reged: 02/23/03 Posts: 75 Loc: Vancouver Island, BC I don't have Crohn's but I noticed at the bookstore that they carry a book: Crohn's Disease: The First Year written by a woman who has Crohn's and published by the same publisher as Heather's book. The Crohn's book goes extensively into diet, and yes, some things are the same as with IBS triggers, such as avoiding high fats, and having a low fat diet. But the whole vitamin/mineral absorption issue with Crohn's makes the diet more specific I think. Kris -------------------- Be the change you want to see in the world.
