Hiya

In my experience large supermarkets do sell soya cheese but smaller branches don't. There is a large Sainsbury's in my town and they usually have one or two types available. Also if you don't see it try asking for it - sometimes they put things in the strangest of places!

You tend to get much better choice in a health food shop so I would recommend that. I know it's a hassle to make an extra trip but you don't have to go too often if the products have a good shelf life as you can stock up well. Other than that check if the manufacturers sell online (e.g. http://www.redwoodfoods.co.uk )
