sprouted wheat bread       12/08/04 05:12 AM Edit Reply Quote Cape Joan Reged: 12/06/04 Posts: 2 Loc: Cape Cod Has anyone had experience with sprouted organic wheat bread? The brand is Alvarado Street. There is a No Salt variety, Protein (?) and Sourdough, among others. I avoid breads topped with whole seeds (sesame and the like). The Sourdough appears to be the most likely choice for IBS sufferers. Have a piece in the AM with soy margarine. One piece is quite filling and only 80 Cals. Any thoughts?
