Stress and IBS       12/07/04 06:37 PM Edit Reply Quote Amari Reged: 10/29/04 Posts: 36 I have heard that too much stress can upset the IBS?? I am thinking this may be the reason for the couple of days with my upset stomach....I am spose to keep the stress levels down for my CFS but am having a bad time with work, the government...all of these things are making me very stressed at the moment!! Is there anything that I can do to relax and keep the stress levels down??? A Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
